Once accepted, the full papers will require registration and presentation at the conference. Afterward, they will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for inclusion in its database subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements,
and will also be submitted for indexing in Scopus and DBLP. Authors are advised to use the official IEEE Conference Template.
